Return & Refund Policy – RudraPure™
Disclaimer: Rudraksha wearing is a matter of faith and belief. All information provided is based on scriptures, published books, and individual experiences. RudraPure™ guarantees the authenticity and quality of the beads, not the effects. Wearer’s discretion is advised.
At RudraPure™, we deal in rare and unique Rudraksha collections. Due to the sacred nature and limited availability of these products, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy under normal circumstances.
No Return / No Refund
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Personal dissatisfaction or unmet expectations
- Delay in usage or change in preference
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Product Only)
A return or exchange will only be considered if:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive an incorrect item
In such cases:
- Video unboxing is mandatory to verify any damage or incorrect item. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with complete details along with the unboxing video proof.
- Once your request is verified and approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- RudraPure™ reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
- We strongly recommend recording a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of opening your package.
